APPLICATION FORM fOR ADMISSION TO THE

SYNDICATE OF INTERIOR DECORATORS IN LEBANON

I have the pleasure to apply for membership to the syndicate, promising to abide by all its rules and regulations.

Required Documents

  1. ID Card.
  2. University Degree Certified by the ministry of Education & Higher Education.
  3. Certified Baccalaureate Certificate II or equivalent to it.
  4. Legal log (Not older than one month).
  5. Two pictures certified by the Mayor.
